ROOMS & RATES
We have 20 different bungalows spread around in our tropical garden. All the private rooms are equipped with a bathroom with hot water, ceiling and/or standing fans, linens, mosquito nets on the windows and around the beds. Everything is built with local produce in Zanzibar style and we love it authentic but beautiful, and we hope you will as well.

OUR ROOMS
SINGLE ROOM ENSUITE
Our single rooms with private bathroom are perfect for solo travellers. We have rooms at ground level or upstairs with a breezy balcony. The rooms have a single bed, private bathroom with hot water, mosquito net, fan, and a terrace or balcony to relax on.

DOUBLE ROOM ENSUITE
The double rooms are nice, big, light coloured rooms featuring a double bed. The private bathrooms are spacious and all have hot water. The rooms have mosquito nets, fan, table and shelf. They also feature a nice patio or balcony with a garden view.

TWIN ROOM ENSUITE
Our twin rooms are nice, big, light coloured rooms with two single beds, perfect for 2 friends or families with kids. The private bathrooms have hot water and good space with light walls and tiles on the floor. The rooms have mosquito nets, fan, table and shelf, and each has it's own terrace.

DOUBLE ROOM ENSUITE WITH AIRCON
This double room is a nice, big, light coloured room featuring a double bed and now comes with aircon. The private bathroom is spacious and has hot water. The room has a mosquito net, fan, table and shelf. It also features a nice patio with a garden view.

Our Seaside Studios at Demani Lodge are just a few steps from the beach. These bright and airy studios are designed for comfort and feature one double bed and one single bed (or day-bed), perfect for three good friends, a small family, or couples wanting a bit of privacy and extra space. They also feature a small kitchenette for cooking simple meals, so you have a choice of the lodge restaurant or self-catering. Each studio has a bathroom with hot water, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace or balcony to relax on.
