  • Check-in time is from 12.00 pm. Check-out time is until 10.30 am. Additional day charge will be charged for late check-outs.
  • For check-outs before 9:00 am unpaid bills must be paid in the office the day before and all service bills are to be paid latest at check-out.

  • Arrival and room occupancy prior to check-in time is possible upon request and subject to confirmation from the hotel

  • For arrivals after 22:00 pm the lodge needs to be notified in order to arrange for room keys

  • All drinks and services used after check-out are subject to payment according to the price lists available in the facility 

  • Please use the public areas for socialising and meetings. No outside guests are allowed inside the room and no visitor is allowed to sleep over without being registered and paid for. 


To confirm your reservation you must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the agreed price. If we do not receive the deposit within the deadline provided, the reservation will not be considered valid. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival at the hotel. Any reduction of intended days of stay after arrival does not oblige to a refund and the full amount must be paid. Any deposit paid covers only accommodation, not any consumed items.

In case of cancellation, the following guidelines will be followed:

  • A 15% administration fee of the total amount will be charged for all cancellations 

  • For cancellations or modifications received less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of total costs will be charged in   addition to the administration fee

  • For cancellations or modifications received less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival, or in case of no-shows, 100% of total costs will be charged


Children up to 2 years of age are not subject to any payment. We do not have the possibility to add extra beds or baby cots to the rooms.


We accept visa and master card (please be aware of a + 4% surcharge on all card payments).
You can pay with Euro, Pound & US dollars in the exchange rate of the day.


  1. Free Wi-Fi available in the public areas.

  2. Please let us know one day before if you wish to book a transfer when you arrive. Booked and unused transfers will be charged 50% of the price.

  3. A charge will be levied for any damage done to the room and/or property, including lost towels and keys.

  4. In case of a long-term stay, restaurant and bar bills are to be paid on a weekly basis.

  5. For private rooms, food and drinks can be paid directly or latest at check-out at 10:30. Please make sure you take your belongings from the safe or the office at check-out.

  6. Please pay your bills whenever requested by Management while staying at Demani Lodge, all bills are due upon demand

  7. It is not allowed to bring food from outside into the lodge and please don’t keep any food in the room as this attracts pests like rats and cockroaches.

  8. It is not allowed to bring alcohol from outside into the lodge and no alcohol purchased outside the lodge is allowed in the room. Demani Lodge keep the right to remove these items from the room and to charge a corkage fee of 30$ for any bottle opened inside the premises.

  9. Please respect other guests – no loud talking or music in and around the rooms after 22:00 pm and before 8:00 am

  10. No smoking allowed in or outside the rooms, only in the public areas. Palm leaves burn very easily.

  11. Safety box available in all rooms in addition to the hotel safe. Safety boxes and the hotel safe are provided for your convenience. Demani Lodge is not responsible in case of loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings, including cash, jewellery and other valuables.

  12. Do you enjoy your stay and wish to stay longer? Great! If you wish to prolong your departure date, prior notice should be given to Management. If an extension of stay is possible, please come to the office to register you and to pay for the room.

  13. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request will be given by Management. If the request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the room or other areas of the hotel without refund and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
